How the 12-week pilot operates

Twelve facilitated sessions move through financial foundations, financial stability, and financial growth and independence. Delivery may be in person, virtual, or hybrid depending on the approved cohort.

  • Approximately 90–120 minutes per session
  • In-person, virtual, or hybrid delivery depending on the cohort
  • Approximately 20–25 participants per cohort
  • Hands-on activities and take-home assignments
  • Participant workbook and practical worksheets
  • Pre-program and post-program assessments
  • Personal 90-day financial action plan
  • Optional quarterly follow-up sessions for up to one year

Attend the scheduled sessions, take part in peer learning, and let the program team know when an absence is unavoidable.

Practice between sessions

Complete practical take-home assignments using your own goals and circumstances. Personal financial figures are not shared with the group.

Measure learning

Complete brief pre-program and post-program assessments so the pilot can evaluate changes in knowledge and confidence.

Plan the next 90 days

Finish with a personal 90-day financial action plan and the option to attend quarterly follow-up sessions for up to one year.
