Twelve modules, built to be taught and practised.
Each module is one facilitated workshop plus weekly practice. Facilitators can run these plans as written; participants can read ahead and arrive prepared.
Quarter One
Foundations
Money habits, honest numbers, and a first working plan. Everything later in the year rests on this quarter.
Learning objectives
- Name the beliefs about money you grew up with
- Separate needs, wants and obligations
- Set one goal for the next twelve months in writing
Session activities
- Opening circle: my earliest money memory
- Needs and wants card sort in pairs
- Write a one page goal with a deadline and a number

Quarter Two
Saving and Banking
Turning a plan into a buffer: accounts, automation, an emergency cushion, and the discipline to leave money alone.

Borrowing, Debt and Long Term Growth
The expensive quarter to get wrong. Borrowing costs, payoff plans, and a first honest look at growing money over time.

- Explain interest, annual rates and the total cost of borrowing
- Read the key terms of a loan agreement
- Recognise predatory lending patterns

Income you control: pricing your skills, running a small venture, tax and paperwork, and a plan for the year after.
